🅸 Forms & Subscription Pages – Create a Signup Form

Signup forms allow you to collect subscribers into your email list. In Gonet Emarketing, you can create and customize forms, then embed them on your website or share them as a public link.


🪜 Step-by-Step: Creating a Signup Form

  1. Login to your Gonet Emarketing dashboard.
  2. In the top menu, click on “Forms”. You will be taken to the “Signup Forms” page showing all existing forms.
  3. Click the “Create Signup Form” button on the top right.
  4. On the setup page:
    • Form Name: This is for your internal use (e.g., “Blog Subscribers”).
    • Email List: Choose the list where the subscribers should be added.
    • Form Type: Choose:
      • Embedded form: To place inside your website
      • Subscription Page: A hosted page with a public link
    After filling, click “Save and Next”.

🎨 Customize the Form

  1. You will now enter the Form Designer:
    • Edit field labels (e.g., change “Email” to “Your Best Email”)
    • Add new fields like First Name, Phone Number, or any custom field
    • Change background colors, button style, font size, padding
    • You can click “Preview” at the top to test the look
  2. When you're done, click “Save and Publish”

🔗 Share or Embed Your Form

  1. Once saved, click on the form title from the Forms list.
  2. Click the “Get Code” or “View Page” button.
  3. You’ll be given options:
    • Embed Code (HTML): Paste this into your website, WordPress, blog, etc.
    • Public URL: Use this to share the form on WhatsApp, Facebook, or in emails.

  • Double-check your form is connected to the correct list
  • Use “Preview” before publishing the form
  • Make your form attractive and mobile-friendly
