After sending a campaign, Gonet Emarketing provides detailed insights into how your email performed — including opens, clicks, bounces, and more.

📈 How to Access Campaign Reports

1. Go to the “Campaigns” tab on your dashboard
2. Click on the campaign you want to review
3. Choose the “Report” tab at the top of the campaign screen

📊 Key Metrics You'll See

• Total Sent: Number of emails delivered
• Open Rate: How many people opened the email
• Click Rate: How many people clicked on links
• Unsubscribes: People who opted out
• Bounced: Emails that were not delivered
• Spam Complaints: How many marked it as spam

📤 Export Report

1. Inside the campaign report screen, click on the “Export” button
2. You can download opens, clicks, unsubscribers, and bounced emails as a CSV file
